The National Wool Museum is hosting this year’s Scarf Festival.  The exhibit launched last Friday, with an awards ceremony, and is open from 19 June – 19 July.  All the entered scarves are on display in the gallery (including the winner of the ‘most outrageous’ category — one that wraps around so the ends depict a particular part of the male anatomy…) and many are up for sale.  The one above was knit by yours truly.  There are heaps of great classes celebrating the crafts of knitting, crocheting, weaving, etc.  As if you needed any more reason to visit Geelong! ;)
