Those of you that know me know that I’m not fond of gimmicky food trends.  But this, my friends, is my kind of fusion.

Deb of Smitten Kitchen, outdid herself with this ingenius marriage of tomato soup and grilled cheese.  It is dead simple, and soooo good.

(I would be remiss if I failed to warn you that trying to squeeze a slice of toasted bread larger than your container could result in much tomato soup all over your clothing.  This is just a guess.  Based on no experience of my own. Pardon me while I put these flames out.)
