Bourbon Pecan Pie

This was one of the three pies I made for our first Thanksgiving this year.

Ain’t she a beaut?!  (The gorgeous pie plate is handmade by my dear friend Alexis’s incredibly talented father.)

* I used a homemade pie dough recipe from Cook’s Illustrated.
